After a long and varied career based around motivating and encouraging people I set up my business in 2001.
I work with a wide variety of people from all walks of life and age-groups. I believe that everyone has special skills - they just don't always know what they are.
My aim is to help people understand what their skills are and to build their confidence to use these skills in the best possible way. If there are areas to work on I will draw up an individual plan which is tailored to suit that particular client.
Unlike a lot of coaches I do not believe that everyone needs a six to twelve week programme and will often achieve great results within two to three visits.
My customers range from confused teenagers to people struggling along in the wrong job and to people who want to feel happier in their work and/or personal life.
